After enjoying breakfast at the hotel we headed to the local community college, Universidade do Planalto Catarinense (UNIPLAC). As we arrived we were greeted by Paula (professor), Miso (student), Tsai (student) and many other staff members. We then learned about the courses and degrees offered, daily operations, and was amazed how brave the lab professor was...... HE CAUGHT A BLACK GATOR!!!!! Now, that's WILD!!!

Now when you are taking in all this AMAZING knowledge, you tend to get a little hungry.....SO!!! What do you say, LET"S EAT SOME GOOD FOOD!!!!!!!
Not only did we get to eat but we got to explore the grounds of the Farm Hotel!!
